Our facility offers a full range of services, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy , and is home to the only Korean nursing unit in Howard County . With 215 beds across five nursing units — and plans to expand with a new unit — Lorien Columbia continues to grow while staying true to its mission of providing exceptional care. Requirements

  • 2+ years of Respiratory Therapy experience , preferably in LTC
  • Work independently and efficiently , managing treatments and priorities with confidence
  • Active Maryland RT license

Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality respiratory care to residents in a long‑term care (LTC) setting
  • Perform oral care to support airway management, comfort, and infection prevention
  • Deliver clear, compassionate patient and family education related to respiratory care and treatments
  • Monitor residents’ respiratory status and communicate changes promptly to the care team
  • Ensure all treatments and documentation meet facility policies and clinical standards
