About The Position

The McGuire Group is actively hiring a Full-Time Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join their clinical team in Western New York. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Respiratory Therapist in New York State seeking a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and a supportive healthcare environment. The position offers a pay rate of $35–$40 per hour for a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options available.

Requirements

• Active Respiratory Therapist License (RRT required)
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Strong knowledge of pulmonary care, oxygen therapy, and respiratory equipment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospital, or long-term care preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments including oxygen therapy, nebulizers, and airway management
• Perform respiratory assessments and monitor patient/resident status
• Respiratory equipment management (if applicable)
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with NYS and facility standards
• Educate patients, residents, and families on respiratory care plans
