About The Position
Wolfson Children’s Hospital, part of Baptist Health, is seeking a Respiratory Therapist Intern for its Pediatric Pulmonary Care team in Jacksonville, Florida. This PRN position supports the delivery of safe, efficient, high-quality respiratory care in a pediatric hospital setting by helping maintain equipment, performing non-invasive pulmonary function procedures, and entering patient charges. The role also supports the department’s daily operations and helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. The primary location is Downtown - Howard Building.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
Responsibilities
- Stock, organize, and clean respiratory care equipment.
- Perform non-invasive pulmonary function procedures.
- Enter patient charges accurately.
- Support the daily operations of the Pediatric Pulmonary Care department.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
