About The Position

The Manager, Respiratory is responsible for managing all aspects of the respiratory care department and establishes policies, procedures and standards. Provides the highest standard of patient care to neonates, infants, toddlers, school age children, adolescents, young adults and adults. Responsible for implementing the organizational structure to support services for respiratory care populations, ensuring high quality patient care and enhancing accountability for value-driven outcomes.

Requirements

• 3 (three) years of experience in Respiratory Care Department of comparable size and complexity
• At least 1 (one) year of progressively responsible experience in management
• Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy
• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS HCP) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) OR Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) certification
• Licensed Respiratory Therapist
• Neonatal/Pediatric Specialty certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification

• Neonatal and Pediatric Respiratory Therapy experience
