About The Position

The Manager of Respiratory Care assists in providing continuity of operational management and patient care management of respiratory care. The Manager is a Registered Respiratory Therapist who has a comprehensive understanding and competent skill level in patient care principles and evaluation of work performance in order to assure effective behavior in this leadership role. S/he demonstrates comprehensive understanding of contemporary respiratory principles as related to specific units/services. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Requirements

• Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 3 years Experience as a Respiratory Therapist

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Care, Health Administration, or a related field
• Master's Degree in Related field (e.g. Business Administration)
• Managerial experience in Respiratory Care
