About The Position

Full Time Days Respiratory Equipment Tech at Piedmont Athens Regional. This role involves performing inventory, cleaning, sterilizing, and replenishing equipment and supplies. The technician will maintain par cart levels, identify equipment due for preventative maintenance, and manage medical gas cylinders. Additionally, they will assist with new employee orientation.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• No experience required

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of healthcare supply experience Preferred
• None Required Licenses and Certifications

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory, cleaning, sterilizing, and replenishing equipment and supplies.
• Maintains par cart levels with Respiratory Care supplies and equipment.
• Identifies equipment due for preventative maintenance and places work orders for repair.
• Manages code and airway boxes in conjunction with Pharmacy and Sterile Supply.
• Manages medical gas cylinders and insures safe storage and transport.
• Assist with new employee orientation.
