Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Respiratory Care leadership team in the role of Respiratory Care Services Manager. Assist in the planning, directing and overall operation of quality Respiratory Care Services and to maintain responsibility and accountability. Through direct clinical leadership, ongoing outcome analysis and program development, is responsible for quality patient outcomes, high customer satisfaction, and efficient, productive use of personnel, material and financial resources. Serves as a liaison between various departments and leadership and collaborates to ensure quality process and policies are in place. Responsible for system-wide respiratory service integration and interdisciplinary collaboration within the Indiana University Health System.

Requirements

  • Requires Associates degree in Respiratory Care.
  • Requires graduation from a CoARC (Commission of Accreditation for Respiratory Care) and regionally accredited Respiratory Care Program.
  • Requires licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the state of Indiana.
  • Requires current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) from NBRC (National Board for Respiratory Care).
  • Requires Healthcare BLS certification
  • Requires 5 - 7 years clinical experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ideal candidates will have previous people leadership experience.
