Resourcing & Metrics Specialists within the Business Strategy & Operations (BSO) function plays a key role in supporting effective resource planning, contractor management, and headcount tracking across Roche’s PDD portfolio. These roles contribute to workforce planning, budget tracking, and capacity insights by maintaining accurate data and partnering closely with Finance, HR, and functional leads. As part of the Resourcing & Metrics team, Resourcing & Metrics Specialists ensure transparency, operational excellence, and timely resourcing decisions across a dynamic portfolio of work. You coordinate and maintain resource tracking systems and dashboards, ensuring alignment between planned and actual headcount and contractor data You manage the contracting and invoice processing needs across PDD, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution You manage the overall process to drive ExBP contractor onboarding, renewal, and offboarding for PDD You are accountable to raise issues related to contract or purchase order discrepancies, escalating those that may impact PDD deliverables or finances You support functional leaders with resourcing insights and provide regular reports on hiring progress, vacancies, and contractor coverage You assist with the implementation of planning tools or automation features to improve visibility and efficiency You build foundational knowledge of resourcing and metrics data, developing the ability to explain trends and variances with clarity You proactively surface simple gaps or inconsistencies, escalating issues with recommendations for resolution
