About The Position

We’re looking for a Resourcing Advisor to join our Resourcing Team and help us deliver a responsive, inclusive and continuously improving service across Public Health Wales. This is a varied Band 5 role with plenty of scope to develop your resourcing knowledge and experience. You’ll provide specialist advice to recruiting managers, help resolve recruitment issues and work across the recruitment journey from vacancy planning and attraction through to selection, appointment and onboarding. Alongside the day-to-day advisory work, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in recruitment campaigns, inclusive recruitment activity, manager training, quality and data monitoring and improvement projects. You’ll work closely with colleagues across People and OD, NWSSP Recruitment and managers across PHW, using your judgement to identify practical solutions and help improve how we recruit. If you enjoy problem solving, working with people and having the freedom to take ownership of your work, this role offers a great opportunity to broaden your experience and make a tangible contribution to the development of our Resourcing service.
