About The Position
Spencer Hospital is a rural hospital located in northwest Iowa employing over 500+ employees. Positions at Spencer Hospital are not affiliated with Avera; however, we collaborate to provide services to the communities we serve. Employment offers, if accepted, are exclusively with Spencer Hospital. The Resource Nurse assumes responsibility for providing appropriate staffing and patient assignments. The Resource Nurse provides direction of hospital operation in the absence of the Department Managers and Administrators on scheduled shifts.
Requirements
- IA RN license
- BLS
- ACLS
- Minimum of 3 years RN inpatient experience
- Must be a caring communicator, flexible, able to multitask and be comfortable with technological systems

- Critical Care experience
- Leadership experience
Responsibilities
