About The Position

We are seeking a Resource RN (Rapid Response) to serve as an off-shift clinical expert supporting direct care providers under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor. This role is part of the off-shift clinical resource team and is essential in delivering real-time clinical care, guidance, and support across patient care environments. As a Resource RN, you will be the go-to expert during off shifts—stepping in where your clinical expertise, judgment, and leadership skills can make the greatest impact.

Requirements

• 2 years minimum PCU, ICU and/or Emergency Room experience required
• Massachusetts RN license
• BLS required
• ACLS required

Responsibilities

• Provide in-the-moment clinical care and coaching to direct care providers
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff during off-shift hours
• Support regulatory readiness initiatives
• Educate and support staff around practice changes
• Gather performance and quality data
• Utilize evidence-based practice and clinical inquiry to guide and improve care
