The WI Float Pool is a multi-site resource team supporting Emergency Department (ED) care across the Wisconsin division. Float RNs provide adaptable, high-quality nursing care across multiple hospitals and units based on organizational need. Teammates must be flexible, skilled, and ready to deliver exceptional care in a wide variety of settings. This role offers travel-nursing-style variety without the travel, working across multiple Aurora Health facilities through day-to-day floating or 6-week site rotations. It provides a fresh, dynamic work environment with exposure to various departments and patient populations, which helps prevent routine fatigue and keeps work exciting. It also offers career-building experience by demonstrating adaptability, competence, and the ability to manage diverse clinical situations. The position is part-time (0.6 FTE) with PM shifts (1100-2300) and supports sites in Zone 2: St. Luke's, South Shore, Washington County, Grafton, West Allis Sinai.
