About The Position

Belleview Care Center is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse to serve as its Resource Nurse and weekend house supervisor. The role ensures care delivery is consistent with the company’s mission and policies, accepted standards of practice, and state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. The Resource Nurse supports staff on the supervisory shift, provides direct resident care when needed, administers medications and treatments according to facility policy, and manages nursing personnel in accordance with staffing guidelines.

Requirements

• Valid state license(s).
• Ability to work independently and efficiently as a self-starter.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality care delivery, positive clinical outcomes, and resident and family satisfaction during the supervisory shift.
• Serve as a resource to facility staff regarding the quality of services provided.
• Provide direct resident care when required.
• Administer medications and treatments promptly and according to facility policy.
• Manage nursing personnel on shift in accordance with staffing guidelines.
