Just in Time delivers trauma-informed, attachment-based mental health care for youth transitioning out of foster care by repairing relational ruptures and restoring connection. Through consistent and trustworthy relationships, community integration, and evidence-based therapeutic practices, we support participants in rebuilding agency, safety, emotional regulation, and the capacity for healthy, sustaining relationships. Just in Time for Foster Youth is seeking a Basic Needs Resource Navigator to support young adults with foster care experience as they navigate urgent life needs and move toward stability and independence. This role is ideal for someone who brings high emotional intelligence, strong situational awareness, and experience supporting individuals in high-stress or crisis-adjacent situations.
