About The Position

The Resource Manager provides centralized workforce planning and staffing control for the Worldwide Field Support Program Management Office. The role translates current and forecast mission demand into staffing plans requisitions onboarding priorities deployment schedules and coverage decisions. The Resource Manager works with program leadership Recruiting Human Resources Finance Security and site managers to maintain qualified staffing across CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree and at least five years of relevant workforce planning resource management recruiting operations or program support experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Experience managing staffing plans requisitions candidate pipelines headcount reporting or workforce forecasts.
  • Experience coordinating with managers Recruiting Human Resources Finance and Security.
  • Strong data quality spreadsheet analysis reporting and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive personnel information appropriately and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to support geographically dispersed teams and urgent staffing requirements across time zones.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Teams and workforce or applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to meet GDIT customer installation travel and security requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the program workforce plan by location labor category position status funding source and required start date.
  • Translate approved staffing demand into prioritized requisition requests and coordinate status with Recruiting and Human Resources.
  • Track candidates and employees from requisition through selection onboarding clearance medical travel deployment and assignment.
  • Coordinate workforce requirements with site leaders Deputy Program Managers Finance Contracts Security and program administration.
  • Identify staffing gaps attrition risks single points of failure and schedule conflicts and recommend mitigation.
  • Maintain accurate headcount vacancy onboarding and deployment readiness metrics for program leadership.
  • Support labor category alignment position mapping and staffing changes during transition and program growth.
  • Coordinate leave training succession and backfill planning to protect mission coverage.
  • Prepare workforce forecasts staffing dashboards and concise leadership updates.
  • Ensure workforce records and reporting follow GDIT privacy security and records management requirements.
