Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent related experience required, some college preferred.
  • 3-5 years in a professional services role with project management or HR experience, or 1-2 years in resource planning/coordinating.
  • Availability for overtime during busy season, as needed.
  • Willingness to travel approximately <5%.

  • Knowledge of public accounting is advantageous.
  • Stellar time management, prioritization, and analytical skills.
  • Strong service orientation, adaptability, and ability to manage change.
  • Capable of interacting with employees at all levels, including partners.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Experience with resourcing software

Responsibilities

  • Manage firmwide resource scheduling and staffing to ensure teams are effectively assigned and workloads are balanced
  • Monitor resource utilization, availability, and capacity, proactively identifying and resolving staffing challenges
  • Analyze scheduling, utilization, and workforce data to support forecasting and operational decision-making
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to align staffing strategies with business needs and project demands.
  • Coordinate onboarding schedules, training activities, and resource planning for new team members
  • Organize continuing professional education (CPE) programs, compliance tracking, and development opportunities to support employee growth.
