About The Position

As a Resource Forecasting & Documentation Coordinator, you will support the Operations team with resource forecasting and allocation across live and pipeline projects. Working within a defined process and reporting into the COO, you will help keep Bridgit Bench ( our cloud-based workforce planning and resource forecasting platform) accurate and current, coordinate inputs from Project Leadership and the Bid team, and support day-to-day documentation activities. This role operates within an established scope of responsibility, with clear escalation routes for anything outside that scope. You will be expected to deliver your day-to-day work independently once trained, while working closely with more senior Operations colleagues for guidance on complex or ambiguous situations. This is a good opportunity for an organised, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with data and people, and who wants to build a career in resource planning and operations.

  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently within defined processes, and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Motivated, reliable, and comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity as the role and processes develop.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel is advantageous.

  • A background in engineering, construction, or professional services is desirable but not essential.

  • Flag resource conflicts, shortfalls, or over-commitments to your manager for review.
  • Help produce regular forecast vs. actual reporting for leadership.
  • Support data integrity in Bridgit Bench, escalating stale or unverified entries.
