About The Position

We are seeking an experienced ISO Documentation Coordinator to support the creation, maintenance, and management of technical documentation while ensuring compliance with established ISO standards and documentation processes. This role will work closely with Technical Writers, Design Engineers, Service Engineers, and other internal teams to develop, organize, and release accurate documentation. This position is primarily remote; however, candidates must be located within driving distance of North Canton, OH, as occasional visits to the lab may be required for product or software documentation.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in English, Technical Writing, Journalism, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of technical writing or technical documentation experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret technical information and translate it into clear documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with documentation standards, processes, or quality systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting ISO documentation, quality systems, or regulated documentation environments.
  • Background or training in Electronics or Electromechanical Technology.
  • Experience using Arbortext XML Editor.
  • Experience using ST4 Editor.

Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, maintain, and release technical documentation in accordance with ISO standards and company procedures.
  • Coordinate documentation workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Partner with Technical Writers, Design Engineers, and Service Engineers to collect and verify technical information.
  • Review documentation for completeness, formatting, accuracy, and adherence to established standards.
  • Manage document revisions, updates, and version control throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Support the development of manuals, service documentation, product documentation, and technical publications.
  • Organize and maintain documentation records to support quality and compliance requirements.
  • Work independently while managing multiple documentation projects and deadlines.
  • Assist with occasional on-site documentation efforts in the North Canton lab as needed.
