About The Position

FEDITC, LLC is seeking an integral and hands-on Resource Efficiency Manager (REM) to be filled at Fort Drum, NY to support our military client. The REM will assist the installation in achieving a robust energy management program by accomplishing actions and projects in adherence to energy laws, regulations, policies, directives, and goals. This role involves developing and assisting with the implementation of actions and projects supporting facility maintenance, repair, and construction activities. Responsibilities include providing design review comments, project and program management support, identifying energy savings projects, construction coordination and oversight, and ensuring energy efficiency and water conservation measures are incorporated into all actions. The REM will support planning, development, execution, and project/program analysis across multiple energy programs. The role also requires promoting, educating, and facilitating the adoption of energy and water resource conservation and management activities to optimize utility resource usage. An active T1 Investigation for a CAC card and United States Citizenship are required.

Requirements

A four-year technical or engineering degree with a minimum of 3 years of energy experience.
An Environmental Science, Business, or related degree with a minimum of 5 years of energy experience.
A two-year technical degree with a minimum of 8 years of energy experience.
No college degree with a minimum of 10 years of energy experience.
Certified Energy Manager (CEM) - CEM Exam will need to be taken and passed after 120 days of hire.
T1 Investigation for a CAC card is required
Must be a United States Citizen
Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
