The Resource Coordinator provides trauma-informed, guest-driven case management services to individuals experiencing homelessness, with the goal of helping them secure placement at a Homeless Resource Center (HRC) quickly and efficiently. This role focuses on identifying and engaging the most vulnerable individuals, building rapport, and facilitating their transfer into the appropriate resource center. The Resource Coordinator ensures a warm handoff between HRC case management teams and new guests to support continuity of care. Additionally, this position collaborates with shelter teams to identify common barriers faced by individuals who are not currently connected to a Homeless Resource Center and helps develop strategies and procedures to address those needs. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. This is an in-person position.
