About The Position

No matter where you are in the company you are critical to the success of Bell. As a Resource Analyst Co‑Op, you will support the evaluation of demand and supply, identify potential constraints, assist in workflow planning, and help drive alignment across cross‑functional teams. This role provides hands‑on exposure to operations, supply chain, and production support, helping you build skills that directly impact performance and delivery.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Operations, Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or relevant field
• Able to work onsite at the Piney Flats, TN location
• Able to work from August to December

Nice To Haves

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
