About The Position

As an HR Co‑Op, you will partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and EHS team members to assist with processes, programs, and initiatives that impact our workforce experience.

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field required
• Able to work onsite at the Piney Flats, TN location
• Able to work from August to December
