About The Position

Join The Highlands as a key resource for our guests! As a Resort Services Desk Agent, you will help guests make the most of their resort experience by providing information, recommendations, bookings, and exceptional customer service. You will work closely with various resort departments to ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience. This is a seasonal position with full-time and part-time opportunities.

Requirements

Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Basic computer/POS skills preferred.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance with lessons, rentals, activities, and resort services.
Process guest transactions, bookings, and package purchases accurately.
Build positive relationships with guests, including repeat guests and season pass holders.
Coordinate with Ski School, Rentals, and other departments to meet guest needs.
Address guest questions, concerns, and service issues professionally.
Promote resort amenities, dining options, activities, and special events.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming desk and retail area.
Assist team members and other departments as needed to provide excellent guest service.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
