You will balance proactive property protection with exceptional customer service. Your main goal is to ensure our guests, staff, and property remain secure while maintaining a positive resort atmosphere. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Previous security experience is required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Flexible schedule to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Passing a standard employment background check is required.

Responsibilities
- Interact with resort guests to provide safety support and general customer service.
- Conduct routine walkthroughs of the entire resort, including grounds and restrooms.
- Watch for suspicious persons or activities entering, exiting, or loitering around the property.
- Monitor activities to protect resort assets and reduce safety risks.
- Handle guest-related issues professionally and maintain order when conflicts arise.
- Manage rare occasions involving unruly guests, including safe removal from the property if necessary.
- Promote and follow safe work practices across all resort areas.
