The Inventory and Revenue Manager III plays a pivotal role in executing strategic Inventory and Revenue Management practices that support Sales & Marketing and maximize the use of Owner, Club, Marketing, Exchange, and Rental inventory. This individual will implement an effective revenue/yield approach encompassing pricing, demand analysis, yield management, market segmentation, selling strategies, and tactics to achieve business unit goals and KPIs for a portfolio of 2–3 resorts within one of the top 25 U.S. lodging markets. The role also requires expertise in Revenue Analytics N2P as the primary Yield Management tool and the ability to make strategic decisions on inventory allocation to maximize company profit. Arrivals are key for Vacation Club, and the manager must forecast and meet goals for the Sales team.
