About The Position

Beautiful Cragun's Resort on Gull Lake is looking for multiple detail-oriented team members to join our Resort Maintenance team. This job requires basic working and troubleshooting knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance, and minor electrical work. We offer great resort benefits and flexible scheduling!

Requirements

• Ability to complete tasks in timely manner
• Willing to learn different aspects of general resort maintenance
• Customer services skills when helping guests
• Must be at least 18+ years of ago or older with a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Some former maintenance background a plus but not necessarily required
• While prior experience is a plus, your passion for service is what truly matters to us.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned Resort maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with fellow team members in troubleshooting and resolution of Resort infrastructure-related deficiencies.
• Support on-site property projects as delegated.
• Operate various forms of ground equipment, such as forklifts and tractor/loaders.
• Adapt quickly to resort infrastructure priority shifts.
• Respond to guest-related requests
