About The Position

The Double JJ Resort is a guest driven business, and guest relations, appearances, and service are paramount. As an employee that often has contact with Resort guests, the Maintenance Person must, in addition to performing those tasks assigned, always be friendly, courteous, helpful, and maintain a neat appearance. In that the Double JJ Resort offers its guests a wide range of activities in multiple locations over an extended area, the Maintenance Person must not only be familiar with standard Resort maintenance procedures, but must also be able to work effectively and independently throughout an occupied Resort physical plant.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License - Required
• Able to work independently
• Electrical experience a must
• Available weekends, evenings and holidays

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned repairs throughout the Resort
• Electrical
• General plumbing
• Carpentry/Construction
• Grounds maintenance
• Other duties assigned by supervisor
