About The Position

Enjoy working outdoors? Join Lake Lawn Resort as a Grounds Attendant and help keep our property clean, safe, and looking its best for guests year-round. This role includes a variety of responsibilities to support daily operations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor work experience preferred, but not required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Reliable and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of resort grounds, including guest areas and lakeside property
• Pick up trash and debris (paper, cigarette butts, etc.) across the property
• Empty outdoor garbage cans and maintain waste areas
• Perform basic landscaping tasks such as weeding, planting flowers, and lawn care
• Rake seaweed and maintain shoreline areas as needed
• Assist with seasonal work, including snow removal in winter
• Complete daily work logs and communicate completed tasks
• Use protective equipment and follow all safety guidelines
• Support additional grounds and maintenance duties as assigned
