About The Position

BOLT FARM is seeking a meticulous and driven Resort Cleaner to maintain the luxury standards of their guest villas and Wellness Haven. This role is crucial in creating an exceptional guest experience by ensuring every detail, from villas to treatment rooms, is immaculate and prepared to the highest standard. The Resort Cleaner is a cross-trained position responsible for various tasks including villa turnovers, preparing spa treatment rooms, managing linens and laundry, maintaining wellness areas, assisting with hot tub and cold-plunge care, and executing deep-cleaning projects. All tasks are managed through the Breezeway platform, requiring diligent use of checklists, photo documentation, and real-time updates. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, possesses a keen eye for detail, and operates with urgency without compromising quality. Requirements

18+ years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
Reliable transportation to work onsite in Whitwell, Tennessee.
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
Weekend and holiday availability.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and maintain pace.
Comfort following checklists and documenting work digitally.
Willingness to learn Breezeway and other Company systems.
Ability to safely learn cleaning products, chemical handling, PPE requirements, and basic water chemistry.
Professionalism and discretion around guest belongings and private spaces.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to navigate stairs, hills, uneven terrain, and outdoor pathways.
Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and work at floor level.
Ability to push and pull carts and equipment.
Regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work around cleaning products, spa chemicals, heat, humidity, and outdoor weather conditions.
Willingness to wear required PPE and follow safety procedures.

Experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
Experience with spa or pool maintenance.
Familiarity with digital task management systems.

Responsibilities

Complete assigned villa turnovers within scheduled arrival windows, cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, decks, and hot tub surroundings.
Restock and stage amenities to BOLT FARM standards.
Complete a final walkthrough of villas, identifying and rectifying any issues before guest arrival.
Report damage, maintenance concerns, and lost-and-found items immediately.
Prepare and reset spa treatment rooms between guests, restocking linens, towels, and amenities.
Sanitize guest-facing surfaces and treatment spaces, and set temperature, lighting, music, scent, and presentation to the approved standard.
Maintain showers, wet areas, relaxation spaces, locker areas, and common spaces within the Wellness Haven.
Wash, dry, fold, organize, and stage villa and spa linens, maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
Identify damaged or stained linen inventory and keep cleaning supplies, carts, caddies, and storage areas organized.
Assist with routine hot tub, spa tub, and cold-plunge care, including drain/refill cycles and water-chemistry procedures.
Maintain required logs for water and equipment care, following all chemical-handling, label, SDS, and PPE requirements.
Accept and begin assigned tasks on time via Breezeway, working from required checklists and uploading photo documentation.
Record issues and close tasks in real time via Breezeway, keeping leadership informed of potential timing issues.
Greet guests warmly, help with routine requests, protect guest privacy, and maintain discretion.
Connect guests with the right teammate for requests outside of the Resort Cleaner's role.
