About The Position

Westgate Branson Woods Resort is seeking a dynamic and energetic Resort Activities Host to create remarkable guest experiences. This role involves coordinating and leading recreational programs for guests of all ages, ensuring a fun and memorable vacation experience. Requirements

6 months previous experience in activities/recreation, preferably in a hospitality setting.
Utilize creativity and polished customer service skills.
Must be able to stand for an extended period of time (90-100% of the shift).
Ability to make decisions based on own judgment and company policy.
Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Coordinate recreational programs for all ages based on guest interests, resort needs, and the season.
Plan and lead classes, games, competitions, mixers, holiday events, and special themed activities.
Answer guest questions, share resort information, and help resolve guest concerns with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
Manage recreation inventory and order supplies while staying within budget.
Support other departments as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.
