About The Position

Vancouver Clinic is hiring an Resolute Professional Billing Epic Analyst. In this role, you will collaborate with operational partners, leaders, vendors, and IS teams to support a stable and effective application environment. This position is responsible for researching and defining system functionality, analyzing workflows, supporting design, build, testing, implementation, and maintenance activities, and communicating system changes clearly to trainers, leadership, and end users. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of system integration, application configuration, and customer-focused issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of information technology or Epic electronic health record experience in relevant healthcare or business area
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, and/or in a relevant operational area for the position (i.e., Clinical, Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, etc.), and/or in an information technology role supporting a relevant operational area
