Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
2 years experience in related role with proficient ability to troubleshoot, research, and solve complex problems
General Experience and knowledge of basic hardware configurations, database management tools, and query language

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
General Experience in Healthcare IT

Responsibilities

Supporting and enhancing TUHS applications.
Adding new features to applications.
Testing and applying vendor releases/system upgrades.
Addressing system defects.
Analyzing the technical and functional aspects of the application.
Defining system requirements.
Developing logical data models.
Educating cross-functional application teams and TUHS stakeholders on system functionality.
Adhering to change management procedures.
Thoroughly documenting assigned applications.
Communicating all application changes to internal department teams.
