About The Position

This is a true Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) role focused on evaluating clients alongside therapists, physicians, and caregivers. The position involves recommending and configuring custom manual, power mobility, and seating systems, as well as delivering, fitting, and adjusting equipment to ensure optimal outcomes. The role also includes building and maintaining referral relationships across clinics, hospitals, and providers, collaborating with internal teams for documentation and reimbursement, training technicians, and providing follow-up care. This position is specifically for candidates who currently hold an active RESNA ATP certification and have direct CRT experience, and is not an entry-level or general DME role.

Requirements

Active RESNA ATP Certification
Direct Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) experience
Experience with custom manual wheelchairs
Experience with Group 3 power mobility
Experience with seating and positioning systems
Proven ability to work with therapists, physicians, and caregivers
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Nice To Haves

Existing referral relationships in Arkansas / surrounding markets
Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and private payer documentation
Strong understanding of CRT documentation requirements and workflows
Experience growing a territory or book of business

Responsibilities

Evaluate clients alongside therapists, physicians, and caregivers

Deliver, fit, and adjust equipment to ensure optimal outcomes
Build and maintain referral relationships across clinics, hospitals, and providers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clean documentation and proper reimbursement
Train and guide technicians on setup, delivery, and adjustments
Provide follow-up care to ensure long-term success for clients
