About The Position

LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Resilience & Performance Coach (LCSW) to provide non-clinical resilience and performance support to Airmen and their families. This role focuses on performance enhancement, stress management, resilience education, and overall well-being within an embedded operational environment. The position offers the opportunity to support Airmen and families with overseas assignment benefits.

Requirements

• Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
• Active, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential
• Ability to obtain and maintain installation access
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Military behavioral health experience
• HPO, H2F, POTFF, or resiliency program experience
• Experience working with tactical populations
• Previous overseas experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one resilience and performance coaching sessions
• Deliver workshops focused on resilience, stress management, and life balance
• Support Airmen and family members through performance-focused coaching
• Provide referrals to available support resources when appropriate
• Maintain confidentiality consistent with program requirements
• Provide trend analysis and recommendations to leadership
• Other related duties as assigned
