About The Position

The Installer will be responsible for performing safe and effective installations according to company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocols, ensuring a 5-star customer experience. This role involves assisting with the removal of existing window/door spaces, installing replacement windows and exterior doors, replacing trim, thorough cleanup of the work area, and collecting necessary paperwork and payment.

Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol.
• Provide customers with a 5-star experience.
• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space.
• Install replacement windows and exterior doors.
• Replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment.
• Return to the warehouse.
