About The Position

The NewPath Child & Family Solutions Residential Treatment Supervisor provides leadership and support for the direct care staff, while also providing direct care as a team member in our Residential Interventions Program. This position is located at our NewPath East Campus, 274 Sutton Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45230.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with coursework in a related field preferred with at least 2 years of direct care experience in related field.
• Must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and proof of current automobile insurance.
• Previous experience working with behavioral health services.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
• A clean criminal background check is required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, therapeutic milieu by providing support, coaching, and supervision for all assigned staff.
• Ensure that adequate staff ratios are maintained to meet the needs of all clients.
• Ensure that behavioral contracts/plans are implemented by staff and data is communicated prior to the end of the shift.
• Ensure safe transportation of all clients is secured and coordinated with intra-departments as needed.
• Ensure youth are oriented to the programs.
• Utilize and oversee the proper use of crisis de-escalation interventions in accordance with agency policy.
• Complete all quality assurance monitoring expectations for evaluation and treatment purposes.
• Participate in meetings for the on-going review of treatment and educational plans.
• Organize holiday, personal, and transitional celebrations for youth. Ensure resources have been secured for events and gifting.
