Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent rehabilitation experience require.
• Working knowledge of rehabilitative care is required.
• Previous experience in direct patient care is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and monitors individual residential patient treatment programs, consulting with residential and clinical staff.
• Performs reporting procedures
• Reviews, distributes, monitors, and trains staff on treatment and behavior programs
• Conducts on-site residential staffings, training and programming as required. Makes rounds of patient apartments/homes, trains Direct Care Staff, and reviews documentation at the residential location.
• Performs toilet and chair transfers without assistance for patients up to 150 pounds utilizing approved transfer techniques.
• Trains direct care staff and reviews programs at the residential location.
