About The Position
First Resources Corp. is hiring a Part-Time Overnight Residential Technician to support individuals in our residential substance use disorder treatment facility. This role provides integrity, respect, and community-based support to help individuals reclaim their lives. The Residential Technician provides the essential stability and monitoring our clients need during their recovery journey.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license, a good driving record, and proof of insurance.
- A compassionate, non-judgmental attitude and a heart for helping others.
- Reliability and a commitment to maintaining a safe recovery space.
- Satisfactory results on a background check.
Nice To Haves
- No prior experience required; paid training provided.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assist individuals receiving services to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Support medication administration and accurate documentation per agency policy.
- Support daily routines, household activities, and life skills groups.
- Complete service notes and communicate vital updates to the clinical team and supervisors.
- Provide transportation for clients as directed.
