About The Position
Methodist Home for Children is seeking Residential Technicians to provide care and support to youth with mental health and developmental needs. This role offers evening and overnight shifts, including every other weekend, and is ideal for individuals seeking a career where they can make a real difference. The position involves working in a structured, therapeutic setting, documenting client progress and safety, and leading skill-building and behavior management activities.
Requirements
- 21+ with a high school diploma or GED
- Able to physically assist clients and drive a company vehicle (valid driver's license)
