About The Position

Northwest Exterminating is seeking a career-minded Pest Control Technician to be part of a close, efficient team that delivers goods and services to a diverse customer base. This role involves assisting customers with their pest control concerns, completing general pest inspections, and meeting regulatory safety requirements. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive attitude and a willingness to grow and build relationships with team members and customers.

Requirements

  • Experience with and examples of problem-solving in a work environment
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to effectively manage your time, prioritizing multiple tasks, maximizing performance while remaining customer-focused i.e. understanding customers' needs, handling objections, and closing business
  • A high school diploma
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Have a valid driver’s license and 3 years of driving experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual ability in English and Spanish
  • PestPac experience
  • Associate or higher degree

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their pest control related concerns.
  • Complete general pest inspections.
  • Meet and complete all Platform regulatory safety requirement.
  • Attend product training sessions and meetings.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to grow and build relationships with team members and customers is expected.
