With competitive hourly pay ranging from $20 to $26, this is an opportunity to put your expertise to work while enjoying a flexible start to your mornings. You'll work full-time, Monday through Friday, with schedule options of either 9:00 am to 5:00 pm or 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Each day, you'll head directly from home to your assigned site within the local service area, efficiently managing your time without the extra commute. As a Residential Maintenance Technician, you will walk the property daily, proactively identifying any potential maintenance issues before they become bigger problems. Throughout your day, you will respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders, delivering excellent customer service as you resolve issues in residents' homes. Whether repairing mechanical systems, tackling basic electrical or plumbing problems, or upholding fair housing regulations, you will play a key role in creating a safe and welcoming environment for every resident.

Requirements

• Residential or facilities maintenance experience
• Basic electrical systems knowledge
• Mechanical repair experience
• Basic plumbing knowledge
• Must have the ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities
