Requirements

Responsibilities

Supervise and support residents to ensure their safety and well-being.
Uphold our mission of creating pathways to brighter futures for at-risk individuals.
Help residents adjust by providing orientation and guiding them through daily tasks.
Ensure compliance by enforcing policies, maintaining documentation, and managing incident reports.
Conduct property searches for contraband and ensure a safe environment for residents.
Perform urine collection for drug screenings when required.
Work closely with a dedicated team of professionals to create a positive, welcoming environment.
