About The Position

Part-Time Residential Technician needed every other weekend only 3p-11:30p. As a Residential Technician, you support clients in their homes and help them with daily living activities including passing medications and preparing meals. If you enjoy working 1:1 with individuals in a residential setting, this might be a great opportunity to gain experience if you are currently a student in a Health or Social services field. Located in Overland, MO. CMT, CNA, CPR and Med Level 1 certification a plus.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• <2 years experience
• No Supervisor Experience

Nice To Haves

• CMT, CNA, CPR and Med Level 1 certification a plus.
• Associate's Degree
• 2-5 years experience
• Certified Nurse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting with direct resident care under the supervision of a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
• Performs assigned patient care activities and assists nursing team.
• Observes residents for psychiatric stability, assists residents in meeting their established goals, and coordinates with community support staff and residential services team.
• Helps residents maintain and improve their housing skills by assisting in meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning.
• Documents care provided as outlined by clinical supervisors.
