About The Position

This position oversees the care and support of residents in a residential setting, ensuring individual needs are met, and facilitating the development and implementation of care plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree PLUS one year full-time paid direct service experience in the Human Services field OR Associate’s degree PLUS three years full-time paid direct service experience in the Human Services field OR High School PLUS has five years’ full-time paid direct service experience in the Human Services field.
• Medication Administration and First Aid Certification, CPR, and Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention-Revised training (SCIP) must be taken as provided by the agency within 90 days of hire and maintained.
• A valid NYS driver's license and approved driving record

Responsibilities

• Guide and support team members, ensuring they provide quality care and adhere to established policies and procedures
• Responsible for ensuring that each resident's unique needs are addressed in their care plans
• Leads and participates in team meetings to discuss resident progress, treatment plans, and address any concerns
