About The Position

RISE Services, a nonprofit human services organization, is seeking a full time Residential Team Lead to provide support to adults with developmental disabilities or mental health needs. This role involves overseeing the daily operation and quality assurance of the program, collaborating with a team to strategize, create, and implement plans addressing individual needs. The Team Lead will supervise, schedule, train, and work direct care hours alongside Direct Support Professionals. Additional responsibilities include preparing and monitoring budgets, coordinating with various state agencies, and scheduling and ensuring the completion of activities and skill development goals. The position also requires assisting with social and community activities and being on-call.

Requirements

Must have a person-centered philosophy, be dedicated to quality supports for individuals, self-motivated, honest, dependable and flexible.
Strong communication and organizational skills required.
Ability to problem solve, and to work independently as well as being committed to work with a team.
Must have a valid I.D.
Must be able to pass a background screening.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or comparable supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge of developmental disabilities/mental health needs and related field experience preferred.

Responsibilities
