About The Position

As a Residential Team Leader at Cumberland County Guidance Center, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our A+GRP Residential Group Home, ensuring the effective supervision of staff and adherence to DMHAS regulations. Your responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing vital data for our Quality Improvement Plan, focusing on outcome measures, resource utilization, engagement, and client satisfaction. You will develop and implement tailored treatment plans and clinical documentation while delivering direct services that promote residents’ integration into the community. Advocacy will be at the heart of your work as you collaborate with treatment providers to create recovery-focused interventions. Furthermore, you will facilitate House Council meetings, coordinate engaging programming, and be prepared to respond to emergency situations, providing coverage at residences when needed. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health-related field
  • One year of experience in a residential mental health setting
  • Supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of community resources and agencies
  • Possession of a valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean five-year driving record that meets organizational standards and qualifies for insurance coverage.
  • A Background Check is required
  • Clear Five year driving record/abstract with ability to be insured by organizations carrier.
