Position Summary The DSP Team Leader plays a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality supports and smooth day-to-day operations within residential programs. This position serves as a supervisor/mentor to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), providing guidance, training, and oversight to ensure that each individual supported receives compassionate, person-centered care consistent with BrightPath’s mission. This position is a full-time position. Each Team Leader is assigned 32 hours of Direct Care and 8 hours of administrative time a week.
