Your role at Baxter As a Team Leader, you will serve as a subject matter expert across multiple platforms within the Baxter portfolio while providing day‑to-day leadership for service center operations. This is a working leadership role—combining advanced technical service with oversight of daily work activities, training, and team coordination. You will perform complex repairs, support product readiness for patient use, and provide timely, professional service across customer and service center environments.
