About The Position
This position involves providing direct services in a residential setting to adults with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) within the KRCC - Perry & Knott Counties program. The role includes providing transportation services using a KRCC vehicle, ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the home environment, and administering medication to clients. This is a Regular Full-Time position funded by Medicaid.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to utilize the electronic medical record
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct services in a residential setting to adults with Serious Mental Illness.
- Provide transportation services utilizing a KRCC vehicle.
- Assure safety and cleanliness in the home.
- Provide medication administration to clients in the home.
