About The Position

Liberation Programs is hiring a full-time overnight Residential Support Staff member for THRIVE, a residential treatment facility for women. The role supports daily facility operations, helps ensure Recoveree services run on schedule, and contributes to a safe and supportive environment for Recoverees. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Requirements

• Previous experience working within a behavioral health residential setting.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Crisis management training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the emotional support and safety of Recoverees.
• Conduct and document facility protocols.
• Monitor Recoveree meals and medication schedules.
• Support a smooth shift transition by providing proper documentation of the previous shift.
• Maintain open communication with Clinical Supervisors and the Program Director.
• Provide conflict resolution, de-escalation, and crisis intervention.
